I am going to show you three ways to making money online and get listed in Google, including one method that is virtually guaranteed to work.

In my business making money online it never ceases to surprise me by what I find when I deal with search engine optimization clients.

One of those “surprises” in my make money online work is coming across sites that aren’t listed by Google, even though they have been live for many months.

For most Web sites, Google refers more traffic than any other search engine. So it’s imperative that your site is indexed in Google.

Here are three simple methods to getting listed in Google and earn cash making money online, but only one of these is guaranteed…

Method 1:  Submit Direct To Google
You can earn money online by submitting your web site via Google’s free “submit your site” form. Just submit your home page and Google’s crawler, Googlebot, will crawl the rest.

However, Google does not add all submitted URLs to their index, and there is no guarantee as to when, or if, your site will be indexed.

Method 2: Get Linked From A Site That Google Crawls
Now the second method you can use to make money working online is to get a site that Google already crawls to link to your site. So when Google recrawls the web site, it will find the link to your site and crawl and index it as well.

In your endeavors to make money online, possibly by far the most important innovation dealing with advertising on the web is Google Adwords.  What started as a small text based ad delivery system, has turned into a billion dollar empire. 
 
Using Google Adwords, you can reach millions of people that are looking for products or services that you supply and earning money online.  You can be a huge corporation or small business and still get great results.  Here are some tips on advertising with Google Adwords to help you in making money on the internet.
 
Google Adwords is an extremely easy to use advertising service that can have you start selling in less than 15 minutes.  Just create a small text add, which includes your web site and product description, figure out which keywords or phrases you think would draw attention to your  product and then create a daily and per click budget.  Google will do the rest for your home based business opportunity.
 
Google Adwords is revolutionary due to the reach the search engine has.  Since you choose the keywords that are important to your ad, anytime someone searches for your specific keywords, your ad can be shown.

This is a great tool for the individual that is looking to delve into the e-commerce field. If you have an idea for a catalog, and need tools to get it up and running such as templates, and logo creators this could be your solution you’ve been waiting for. Not only will you receive the templates and the graphic creators, but also you will receive the quaint shopping cart in the top right hand side of the page. Having the opportunity to track and control orders and sales is made very easy as you will receive automated conformation through your e-mail. Being able to become a member in the PayPal system is also a good idea, as you can never have enough payment options attached to your site. This just increases your chances of sales. You will also be given the opportunity to keep track of customer traffic to your site as well. This makes for a very handy service indeed.

Another great service is provided by Ebay, the stores offer a very popular alternative and have a sliding fee scale to fit most businesses needs and budget. The basic service is for the smaller of the businesses that have a smaller volume of traffic. This does not mean that you will not have access to some great tools for your site,but you will not be able to keep track of the flow of traffic or sales with this service and there is a very limited directory, yet it is still a good service for someone who is just starting out. The next level of the ebay service will provide more for the business that may be needed as time goes on. It places your priorities in relation to the product you are trying to sell; knowing exactly what the consumer is looking for makes it easy for them to adjust your targeted areas. You will get some traffic reports and sales figures, but not many. The third and final level of the ebay store program is exactly where you want your business to be placed. This is the premier spot or the center stage. This is the place where the bulk of the strongest traffic will be located. This will give you a much stronger shot at making those sales.

Making more money on your Google Adwords campaign isn’t hard as long as you know the secrets to success! Using these easy methods, you’ll gain more revenue and have more successful Adwords Campaigns! Use keywords in the title – don’t put your business name or anything obscure in the title, go for the keywords that people would use to search for your product.

Put keywords in your sub-text too – try to sprinkle in 2-3 more keywords (without sounding spammy) in your subtext as well. Make sure to capitalize the first letter of every word in the title – however don’t use all caps. Using all caps is like shouting and using lower case letters at the beginning of the word doesn’t reflect importance.

Use numbers when you can – It’s better to say “Make $1000/week” than to say “Make lots of money”  Don’t list features, list benefits – People want to know how this product/service will change their lives. If you just list the features, they may not draw the conclusion to the benefit they’ll receive from that feature so outline the benefits for them.

Be niche-specific for targetted traffic – are you selling “t-shirts” or “t-shirts featuring Siamese Cats”. If you are too vague, you’ll get the wrong kind of traffic.  Don’t make wild claims – Don’t go nuts and make crazy promises or use too much punctuation. You’ll only come off as a used car salesman and non-trustworthy.

Include the price and weed out the bargain hunters – Including the price in your ads actually filters out the cheapskates and attracts the serious buyers.

Run two ads simultaneously – See which one does better in revenue and try to figure out what makes it different than the other ad. Then when the worse ad expires, create a new one in its place and compare it to the winning ad. Always try to “beat” your previous running ads.

If you just use these simple and proven methods when writing Google Ad text, you’ll be amazed how instantly your profits will increase! Also use “call to action” words, create emotion, use motivational words, and action verbs for outstanding sales copy!

One question that commonly pops up is “Do you really need a picture for a blog?” The answer is no. Imagery is there to enhance your content. Above all the purpose of including an image with your blog should not be to make up for weak content.

Google Algorithms and Updates

Google is considered as king of Search Engines. It has most the most confidential and complex algorithm ever yet. Beyond, Search Engine Ranking Position [SERPs], it gives Page Rank to every site depending upon their back links. Still, it doesn’t not allow you to increase your back links by any other means. Google updates their algorithms after sometimes and that algorithm update is considered very important among the optimizers. The recent algorithm update of Google ended up in December 2005 and was known as Jagger Update. It was the first update after Florida, which occur in November, 2003.

Google Sandbox

Those sites, which uses unethical means to get good SERPs are banned or penalized by Google. One such penalty is Google sandbox. It is still not sure that whether Google Sandbox exits or it is just an assumption. Whatever it may be, this has been assumed that Google Sandbox is an algorithm which Google use to penalize any site. Once a site is in Sandbox, it can be suffer in various ways, like:

The site is removed from Google SERPS, and Googlebot stops crawling or indexing it.

The site gets crawled and but doesn’t appear in the SERPs.

The site can get sand-boxed on only one or few keywords, though the site gets regularly crawled and remain on SERPs for other keywords.

Only few pages of the site can get sand-boxed while the other being treated normally by Google.
